This is the best course I have taken in this specialization so far. I really enjoyed the hand movements to go along with the steps and that the instructor brought in real world examples.

I found that it took me much longer to get through the course material including all the recommended reading than the course info predicted. I was using a real case study at my workplace which maybe took extra time. I did find the AI coach useful, and it seemed to understand my questions and comments quite well. I would have also like to have had some kind of course outline/quick reference to recap things rather than search through the videos when I had forgotten or was unsure about something.

Completely mistitled. This course has nothing to do with critical thinking skills. It is a course on making decisions in a collaborative environment. Not bad though, but not what I was hoping for
